Party Bus Rentals in Irvington
Partybusmorristown.com is not a bus company. It is a quote-comparison website — one quick form, and you get pricing and vehicle options from a network of transportation companies serving Irvington, New Jersey and the broader Essex County region. Instead of calling five different companies on a Tuesday afternoon, describing your headcount and itinerary over and over, and waiting on callbacks that may or may not come — you fill out one form and see what is available, right now.
That is the whole point. Irvington sits right at the intersection of Springfield Avenue, Route 21, and the Garden State Parkway, which means getting a large group in and out of town — whether you are heading into Newark, across to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, or up to New York City — involves real traffic decisions. Partybusmorristown.com makes it simple to find the right size bus for your group, compare your options, and get pricing in about a minute. Call 862-777-7960 any time, any day, or use the online quote tool to see rates instantly.

Common Irvington Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
Not every Irvington group trip calls for the same vehicle — and the network makes it easy to match the bus to the occasion. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating built for a night out. Sprinter limos and Sprinter vans are a strong fit for executive transfers or smaller wedding parties, with available leather seating and USB charging at every seat.
For large groups heading to MetLife Stadium or a corporate conference at the Prudential Center in Newark, a 40–56 passenger charter bus adds undercarriage luggage storage, climate control, reclining seats, and onboard restrooms — so there are no surprise pit-stop detours on the way. Amenities vary by vehicle and company, but comparing them side by side on this site takes seconds.

Stop Calling Around — Compare Irvington Party Buses Here
Here is the honest case for using this site: Irvington is sandwiched between Newark to the east, Maplewood and South Orange to the west, and the whole tangle of Route 78, Route 21, and Springfield Avenue in between. Moving a group of 20 or 50 people through that corridor — to a game, a wedding, a night out in Newark or Manhattan — is genuinely complicated when everyone is in separate cars. One bus changes the whole math.
Partybusmorristown.com makes finding that bus fast. You are not limited to one company or one fleet — the network pulls options from multiple transportation providers competing for your business, which means more vehicle types, more availability, and more pricing options than you would get from a single call to a single operator. The quote form takes about 30 seconds to fill out.
Pricing comes back quickly, with pictures. A support team is available at 862-777-7960 every day of the year to walk through the options, answer every question, and build a package that fits your headcount, your itinerary, and your budget. No account needed, no pressure, no obligation.
Just information, fast.
Group Transportation Services for Irvington Events
Whether your group is heading to Newark Liberty International Airport, a Nets game at Prudential Center, a prom night cruise through the Oranges, or a wedding reception in Morris County, Partybusmorristown.com connects you to the right vehicle for the occasion. Here is a look at every service type available to Irvington groups.

Irvington Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Airport transportation from Irvington is one of the most requested services on this site — and for good reason. Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) sits roughly 6 miles east of Irvington via the New Jersey Turnpike extension, but driving yourself means navigating the exit ramp backups on Frontage Road, finding terminal parking that currently runs $39 per day in the Terminal C garage, and coordinating separate cars for every traveler in your group. A charter bus or minibus picks everyone up from one Irvington address, drops the group curbside at the correct terminal — United uses Terminal C, while Spirit and Frontier operate out of Terminal A — and skips every one of those logistics entirely.
For groups flying into EWR and needing ground transportation back, the process is simple: gather at baggage claim, contact your coordinator once the full group is together with luggage, and the bus meets you curbside at the commercial vehicle pickup lane. Never call for the bus until everyone is together — timing at EWR's commercial curbs is managed tightly. Call 862-777-7960 to build your airport shuttle package.

Irvington Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The classic Irvington bachelor or bachelorette route runs east into Newark's Ironbound district for dinner on Ferry Street, then up to New York City for the late-night portion — and trying to coordinate that in separate cars across the Turnpike at midnight is exactly as chaotic as it sounds. A party bus rental from Irvington keeps everyone together from the first pickup to the last drop-off, with LED lighting, a sound system, and flat-panel TVs onboard so the celebration is already rolling before you reach your first stop.
Newark's Ironbound — anchored by Ferry Street between Wilson and Prospect — is one of the best pre-bar dinner destinations in the region, packed with Brazilian churrascarias and Portuguese seafood houses. After dinner, the group can continue into Manhattan, hitting rooftop bars in the Meatpacking District or clubs in Midtown, without a single person worrying about driving home on Route 21. A 20- to 40-passenger party bus is the right fit for most bachelorette groups.

Irvington Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Irvington has a strong tradition of large milestone celebrations — quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, and major birthday parties that fill a reception hall and call for a real entrance. A birthday party bus from Irvington gives the guest of honor exactly that: the group arrives together, the bus is part of the experience, and nobody has to figure out parking at the venue. Party buses seating 15 to 50 are available, and you can request black or white exteriors to match a color theme.
Popular reception venues in the area include halls along Springfield Avenue and in neighboring Newark and East Orange. For the group heading to a venue in the Short Hills or Millburn corridor after a ceremony, a 25- or 28-passenger party bus is a natural fit — comfortable, roomy, and a genuinely memorable part of the night. For smaller Sweet 16 groups, a Sprinter limo is a sharp, affordable choice that still makes a statement at the curb.
Call 862-777-7960 or use the quote form to see what is available on your date.

Irvington Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Irvington groups heading to concerts have serious options nearby — and serious parking headaches to match. Prudential Center in Newark (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) is roughly 4 miles from Irvington, but the lots around Mulberry Street and Lafayette fill fast on concert nights, and rideshare surge pricing after a show at the Rock can run two to three times the normal rate when 19,000 people all request rides at once. A Irvington concert bus rental drops your group at the arena's bus and commercial vehicle zone and picks everyone up from the same spot at show's end — no app, no surge, no scramble.
For stadium-scale concerts, MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford draws massive crowds on Route 3 and the New Jersey Turnpike's Extension. A charter bus keeps your group together, lets the party start on the road, and means no one is navigating the post-show Turnpike crawl alone. Call 862-777-7960 to lock in your concert bus.

Irvington Corporate Event Transportation
Irvington's location puts it within easy reach of two major business corridors: downtown Newark to the east and the Route 10 / Route 24 office parks in Morris County to the west. A corporate shuttle from Irvington removes the coordination burden entirely — instead of asking employees to find their own way to a conference at the Prudential Center, a team-building event in Morristown, or a client dinner in Short Hills, one charter bus or minibus handles every pickup from a single Irvington staging point.
For multi-day corporate programs, a 40–56 passenger charter bus with WiFi, power outlets, and overhead storage is a practical fit for keeping your team productive between locations. For executive transfers or smaller departmental groups, a Sprinter van or 15-passenger minibus gives you flexibility without paying for seats you don't need. Either way, the fare is one flat number — no per-head rideshare receipts to reconcile afterward.
Call 862-777-7960 for corporate group rates.

Irvington Private Event Transportation Services
Large private events in Irvington — family reunions, religious celebrations, community galas — almost always run into the same problem: Springfield Avenue and the side streets around the town center don't offer much in the way of bulk parking for guests coming from multiple directions. A private charter bus from Irvington solves this by establishing a single pickup corridor and shuttling guests in waves, so no one is hunting for street parking on Chancellor Avenue at 7pm on a Saturday.
For larger community events and multi-venue itineraries — say, a family reunion that moves from a morning gathering in Branch Brook Park to a catered dinner at a Newark venue — a 40–56 passenger charter bus keeps the entire group on one timeline without splintering into separate cars and losing people between stops. A pricing estimate for your group size and date is a 30-second form away. Call 862-777-7960 to build a custom itinerary.

Irvington Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Irvington (typically late April through May) is the single busiest window of the year for party bus demand across Essex County. University High School, Irvington High School, and schools throughout the surrounding district all hold formals within a compressed 6-week stretch — which means vehicle availability gets tight fast. For prom in Irvington: book by January or expect either premium pricing or very limited options.
A prom party bus rental from Irvington is the safest, most organized option for groups heading to dinner in Livingston or Millburn before the venue, and then out after. The bus handles every pickup stop in sequence, keeps the group together, and eliminates the coordination headache of managing 12 teenagers across 4 cars on a Saturday night in May. Compare bus sizes and pricing on this site — you can check availability in under 30 seconds.
Call 862-777-7960 to lock in your date before the calendar fills.

Irvington School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Coordinating field trip transportation from Irvington doesn't have to mean navigating district logistics and juggling parent carpool schedules. A charter bus rental for Irvington school groups handles the pickup and drop-off in one vehicle, and a 40–56 passenger charter bus accommodates a full classroom with room for bags, equipment, and chaperones. Charter buses available through this network include TV screens, PA systems, and overhead bins — useful for longer drives to science centers, museums, or performance venues.
Newark Museum of Art (49 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102) is roughly 4 miles from Irvington and is a frequent destination for Essex County school groups — bus drop-off uses Washington Street in front of the main entrance, with commercial vehicle staging available on nearby side streets. For trips into Manhattan to the American Museum of Natural History or the Intrepid, a full charter bus handles the Lincoln Tunnel approach cleanly, with undercarriage storage for any gear the group is bringing. Call 862-777-7960 to get pricing for your school group.

Irvington Sporting Event Transportation
Three major sports venues are within reasonable striking distance of Irvington, and all three have legitimate parking headaches that a bus sidesteps entirely. Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark) hosts New Jersey Devils games and Seton Hall Pirates basketball roughly 4 miles from Irvington — but the surrounding lots on Mulberry and the arena's attached garage fill well before puck drop, and post-game rideshare queues on Lafayette Street can run 45 minutes on a sellout night. A charter bus from Irvington drops your group at the arena's commercial vehicle entrance and picks everyone up from the same spot after the final buzzer.
For MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford — Giants and Jets home games, plus major soccer and college football — the Turnpike Extension backs up for miles after a Sunday afternoon game. A charter bus handles the approach and the exit without your group sitting in five separate cars on Route 3. For Red Bull Arena (now Sports Illustrated Stadium) in Harrison (just one stop past Newark on the PATH), a minibus is a sharp fit for smaller fan groups.
Call 862-777-7960 to set up your game-day bus.

Irvington Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Irvington wedding groups often span two or three venues across Essex County in a single day — a ceremony at one location, cocktail hour at a second, and a reception dinner somewhere in the Short Hills or South Orange corridor. Asking guests to navigate that on their own, across unfamiliar roads, after a formal ceremony, is a setup for late arrivals and stressed-out family members. A wedding shuttle from Irvington handles the between-venue moves in one clean loop, so your timeline stays tight and nobody misses the first dance because they took a wrong turn on Millburn Avenue.
For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a sharp, polished fit for getting the wedding party from the hotel to the ceremony without a logistics detour. For guest shuttles between a hotel block and the reception venue, a 35-passenger minibus covers most wedding party sizes in one or two clean runs. Pricing for wedding shuttles varies by distance and hours needed — get an exact quote for your date at 862-777-7960.

Irvington Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
New Jersey's wine country starts roughly 40 miles west of Irvington — the Warren Hills and Hunterdon County winery corridor along Route 78 and Route 31 is home to a cluster of tasting rooms within a short drive of each other. Four Sisters Winery in Belvidere, Alba Vineyard in Milford, and Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes are all within reach for an Irvington group willing to make a day of it. The logistical problem with a multi-stop winery route is obvious: someone has to drive, and nobody wants to be that person on a Saturday afternoon in October.
A winery tour bus from Irvington solves this cleanly — the group loads up in the morning, hits three or four tasting rooms on a single loop, and returns to Irvington in the evening with nobody behind the wheel and everyone relaxed. For craft beer fans staying closer to home, Newark's Ironbound neighborhood has a growing brewery scene worth building a pub crawl around. A 20–30 passenger party bus is a natural fit for most winery tour groups.

How does this website work?
Partybusmorristown.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusmorristown.com?
Partybusmorristown.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation serving Irvington, New Jersey and the surrounding Essex County area. It is not a bus company and does not own or operate any vehicles. The site connects you to a network of independently owned transportation providers competing for your business — so you can compare vehicle types, sizes, and pricing in one place instead of calling a dozen companies separately.

How much does a party bus cost in Irvington?
Irvington party bus rental prices vary based on the vehicle, date, and how many hours you need. As a general planning range: a minibus runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus lands around $275–$375 per hour on weekends; a full charter bus for a stadium run or corporate shuttle typically ranges from $200–$350 per hour. These are ranges to help you budget — not quotes.
For your exact trip, fill out the form or call 862-777-7960 and you can have a quote in about a minute.
What is the best vehicle size for a group of 20 people heading to Prudential Center?
A 20-passenger party bus or a 25-passenger minibus covers a group of that size cleanly with room for everyone to sit comfortably. The minibus tends to be the more maneuverable option in downtown Newark's commercial vehicle lanes — useful at Prudential Center, where the drop-off approach on Lafayette Street can get tight on a sellout night. If your group is closer to 25 or you want the party amenities (LED lighting, sound system, bar area), step up to a 25-passenger party bus instead.
Can a charter bus get into Newark's Ironbound neighborhood?
Yes, though it depends on which block you are heading to. The Ironbound is a dense grid centered on Ferry Street, and a full 45-foot charter bus is not going to maneuver easily on the residential cross streets. For large groups heading to Ferry Street for dinner, a 35-passenger minibus is a better fit — it handles the approach from Raymond Boulevard and can stage on Ferry Street or the wider side streets without an issue.
For groups of 15–20, a Sprinter van or small party bus is even more flexible. Call 862-777-7960 and describe your itinerary; the support team can match the right vehicle to the exact streets involved.
How far is Irvington from MetLife Stadium, and how long does the ride take on game day?
MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford is roughly 22 miles from Irvington — normally a 30-minute drive via Route 21 North and the New Jersey Turnpike Extension. On an NFL game day, that same corridor can stretch to 75 minutes or longer as Turnpike traffic backs up on the approach to Exit 16E. A charter bus traveling with your group navigates the same roads, but you are not driving — the stress and the navigation are handled, and the group is already together when you arrive.
Plan departure at least 90 minutes before kickoff on game days to be comfortable.
Are there events in the Irvington area where buses sell out early?
Yes — and prom season is the biggest one. Essex County high schools, including Irvington High School, hold proms in a tight window from late April through May, and party bus availability across the network gets thin quickly. Booking by January is strongly recommended for any May prom date.
Newark's New Year's Eve events and major Devils playoff runs at Prudential Center also drive demand spikes, and MetLife Stadium concert dates (summer tours typically sell out stadium parking months in advance) are another trigger for early booking. If your date falls near any of these, locking in early saves money and guarantees availability.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Irvington events — a night out, a birthday, a corporate shuttle — two to four weeks of lead time is workable. For high-demand dates, book earlier: prom season by January, MetLife Stadium concerts as soon as tickets go on sale, New Year's Eve by October at the latest. The earlier you book, the more vehicle options are available and the better the pricing.
Call 862-777-7960 as soon as your date is confirmed — checking availability costs nothing.
Popular Irvington Party Bus Destinations
Irvington is positioned squarely in the center of one of the most event-dense corridors in New Jersey — Newark, the Oranges, the Meadowlands, and New York City are all within striking distance. Here are six of the most popular destinations for Irvington group trips, with the local logistics you need to plan around.

Prudential Center
Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) is roughly 4 miles east of Irvington on Route 21, home to the New Jersey Devils and one of the busiest concert venues in the Northeast. The arena seats 16,514 for hockey and hosts 150+ events annually. Parking in the immediate area fills fast — the attached garage and surrounding Mulberry Street lots are typically sold out by mid-afternoon on event days, and the closest independent lots charge $20–$35 cash or card depending on the event.
After a sellout, rideshare queues on Lafayette Street routinely back up 30–45 minutes. A charter bus or party bus from Irvington drops your group at the commercial vehicle zone on Lafayette and picks everyone up from the same point after the show, bypassing the entire post-event scramble. Check the Prudential Center parking page for current lot assignments before your visit.
Phone: (973) 757-6000

MetLife Stadium
MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) is the largest stadium in the New York metro area, seating over 82,500 for Giants and Jets games and hosting marquee concerts from Taylor Swift to Beyoncé. From Irvington, the approach runs Route 21 North to the Turnpike Extension — 22 miles that can take 90 minutes or more on a Sunday afternoon game day, with the New Jersey Turnpike's Exit 16E merging into a single approach road backed up miles from the stadium. General parking is $40 cash in the stadium lots, and most concert dates sell out advance parking weeks ahead.
A charter bus from Irvington handles the approach and the exit, and for groups of 40+, the per-head math versus four separate cars and four separate $40 parking passes is an easy call. Review the official MetLife Stadium parking and tailgating page for current lot and entrance assignments. Phone: (201) 559-1500

Branch Brook Park
Branch Brook Park (Lake Street & Park Ave, Newark, NJ 07104) is the oldest county park in the United States, designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and spanning 360 acres across Newark and Belleville. The park is roughly 3 miles north of Irvington and is best known for hosting the Cherry Blossom Festival each April — the largest collection of cherry blossom trees in the United States, with over 5,000 trees and attendance that regularly exceeds 50,000 visitors over the festival weekend. During Cherry Blossom season, parking on Park Avenue and the surrounding residential streets fills before 10am on weekend mornings, and the surrounding neighborhoods enforce residential permit zones strictly.
A minibus or charter bus drops your group at the park's main entrance on Park Avenue and eliminates the pre-festival parking scramble entirely. The Essex County Branch Brook Park official page has current event and access information. Phone: (973) 268-3500

Newark Museum of Art
Newark Museum of Art (49 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102) is the largest museum in New Jersey, spanning a full city block in downtown Newark roughly 4 miles from Irvington. The museum's collection covers over 80,000 objects and the campus includes the historic Ballantine House and a sculpture garden. For school groups and corporate team-building events, the museum offers group tours and private event space inside the main galleries.
Bus drop-off uses Washington Street directly in front of the main entrance, and commercial vehicles can stage on the adjacent side streets while the group is inside. Street parking in the immediate area is metered and limited on weekday afternoons — a charter bus for a school group or a minibus for a corporate outing eliminates the parking variable entirely. Check the museum's official directions and parking page for current access information.
Phone: (973) 596-6550

Red Bull Arena (Sports Illustrated Stadium)
Red Bull Arena — renamed Sports Illustrated Stadium — (600 Cape May St, Harrison, NJ 07029) is the home of New York Red Bulls Major League Soccer and sits directly across the Passaic River from Newark, roughly 5 miles from Irvington. The stadium holds 25,000 and is accessible via the Harrison PATH station — but for groups coming from Irvington, driving and parking on the streets surrounding Cape May Street remains the default approach. Public lots in Harrison run $15–$30 on match days and fill quickly, and the walk from farther overflow lots to the stadium gate can stretch 10–15 minutes.
A party bus or minibus from Irvington drops your group at the stadium's main commercial entrance on Cape May Street, which is significantly closer to the gate than most available public parking. The official Sports Illustrated Stadium directions and parking page has current information.

South Mountain Reservation
South Mountain Reservation (626 Brookside Dr, Millburn, NJ 07041) is a 2,110-acre Essex County park that borders Irvington to the west — one of the largest county reservations in New Jersey, with hiking trails, the Turtle Back Zoo, and the Essex County Treetop Adventure ropes course. The Turtle Back Zoo (560 Northfield Ave, West Orange, NJ 07052) is a particularly popular destination for school field trips and family group outings, drawing over 500,000 visitors annually. Zoo parking is available on site, but the Northfield Avenue approach gets backed up on spring and fall weekend mornings when school groups and family visits overlap.
A charter bus with undercarriage storage handles the gear — strollers, coolers, group equipment — and stages in the zoo's designated bus and commercial vehicle parking area. Check the Turtle Back Zoo parking page for current commercial vehicle instructions before your visit. Phone: (973) 731-5800
